Discover the place for restless minds who want to change the world
Is choosing the right university one of your New Year's priorities? Are you someone who loves solving complex challenges through technology? Then Inteli could be the perfect place for you to realize your career ambitions.
1. DISRUPTIVE SELECTION PROCESS
A test alone would not be enough to select students with the Inteli profile. So we opted for a holistic assessment of the candidate. What does this mean? Livia Coutinho, from the Software Engineering class, explains:
"Inteli's selection process combines your assessment score with your academic record, personal and community achievements and your future ambitions. In other words, they look at your life story and what you want to do after graduation."
2. PROJECT-BASED TEACHING
Then, in the classroom and using active teaching and learning methodologies, it's time to meet specialist teachers to ask questions. Finally, all the learning is put into practice by working in groups to build projects.
Felipe Neves, from Constituição nas Escolas, is accompanying the students in the development of the project.
For example, during the first quarter of 2022, Sarah de Miranda Ribeiro's Computer Science group worked with the NGO Constituição nas Escolas. The challenge was to develop an educational game about politics and the constitution. "Having contact with the clients and seeing the prototype take shape is already a chance to get a feel for what our daily lives will be like when we enter the job market," explains the young woman.
3. CAREER ACCELERATION PROGRAM
Academia, Entrepreneurship or the Market? Relax, we'll help you choose the best path for your career. During the four years of your course, the faculty and coaches at the Center for Leadership Development (CDL) will guide you in building a career plan according to your aptitudes and dreams.
During Careers Week 2021, for example, students took part in workshops and lectures on development, vocational guidance and employability. The good news is that the work carried out throughout the year has already borne positive fruit.

"The companies that received our students for their vacation internships were very surprised at how engaged our students are and how they are able to apply the knowledge they have learned and their knowledge of management practices, such as agile methodologies and project management." says Raj Rani, director of CDL.
4. our campus
"This is a place where you can connect with technology, people and nature. I fell in love with this place," says José Vitor Alencar, a student on the Computer Science course.
