The second project carried out by our students was the development of a web application, with the aim of presenting innovative solutions to the project's partners through the use of technology.
PROBLEM: Women, especially those at the start of their careers, don't feel confident and face difficulties in selecting and identifying vacancies that are aligned with their professional profile.
OBJECTIVE:A web application to find job vacancies in the technology sector that match the professional profile of women, taking into account their technical and non-technical skills.
AUDIENCE: Brazilian women between the ages of 18 and 30 who are looking for jobs in the technology sector.
PROBLEM: High need to involve consultants for a complete management diagnosis in schools.
OBJECTIVE: To automate the diagnostic tool in such a way as to allow school managers to carry out their own diagnosis, freeing up consultants' time for this activity.

PROBLEM: Small and medium-sized Brazilian hotels have a problem with working capital in their tills, especially in the low season. Hurb has a receivables advance solution for hotels that is not widely known and distributed among its supplier base.
OBJECTIVE: A web application for easy distribution of this solution among Hurb's supplier base. In this application, you can log in, request new advances, follow up on old requests and learn about this product.
PUBLIC: Small and medium-sized hotels that are part of Hurb's supplier base and need working capital.
PROBLEM: Low maturity in the execution of capacity planning in the technology project selection process.
OBJECTIVE: A web application that allows project planning to be cross-referenced with technology human resource capacity, with the aim of identifying bottlenecks in the timeline and redistributing the portfolio appropriately.
