8. Who does Inteli share your personal data with?

Inteli may share personal data with third parties in the following situations:

  • ProvidersInteli relies on the help of suppliers who can process personal data that is collected. Inteli seeks to carefully evaluate suppliers and establishes contractual obligations for the protection of personal data and information security, with the aim of minimizing risks for Data Subjects. Depending on the activity they carry out, for example, companies contracted for database hosting, audits, technical support, security, among others, with contractual data protection obligations.
  • PartnersService partners acting under confidentiality and data protection agreements, in accordance with the rules established by the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) Policy.
  • AnalyticsData stored by Inteli may be used for statistical purposes (analytics), to understand who are the visitors to the site and consumers of the Products and Services. This data is anonymized and does not seek to identify or make identifiable the Holders of personal data, but only to better understand how they access Inteli's Digital Platforms, in order to improve the provision of services and customize products more targeted to their interests.
  • Public AuthoritiesSharing of data as required by competent authorities (MEC, INEP, etc.) to fulfill legal obligations or protect the rights of Inteli, employees and users.
  • Selection and Hiring PartnersCompanies specializing in recruitment that help with the hiring of teachers or staff, subject to prior authorization.
  • Financial InstitutionsCompanies such as banks for financial processes and sending/receiving documents.

 

In all cases, data sharing is carried out in compliance with the LGPD, guaranteeing the protection and confidentiality of information.

9. Does Inteli transfer personal data to other countries?

Inteli may transfer its users' personal data outside Brazil, provided that these countries or organizations guarantee a level of data protection equivalent to that of the LGPD. Transfers are made to:

All international transfers comply with the legal bases laid down in the LGPD and are carried out under contracts that ensure the protection of personal data.

10. What are your rights as a data subject?

According to the LGPD, personal data subjects have the following rights:

11. How long will personal data be stored?

Inteli stores and maintains your information: 

(i) for the time required by law;
(ii) until the end of the processing of personal data, as mentioned below; or
(iii) for as long as necessary to preserve Inteli's legitimate interest. Thus, the data will be processed, for example, during the applicable limitation periods or for as long as necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

The processing of personal data will be terminated in the following cases:

  • When the purpose for which the data subject's personal data was collected has been achieved and/or the personal data collected is no longer necessary or relevant to the achievement of that purpose;
  • When the Data Subject has the right to request the termination of the processing and the deletion of his/her personal data and does so; and
  • When there is a legal determination to do so.


In such cases of termination of the processing of personal data, with the exception of the hypotheses established by the applicable legislation or by this Privacy Policy, the personal data will be deleted.

12. What are Inteli's responsibilities and how is personal data protected?

Inteli is responsible for taking care of the personal data collected and using it for lawful purposes, as described in this Policy. In order to guarantee the privacy and protection of your personal data, Inteli adopts the appropriate security practices for its market:

  • Cryptography and double authentication systems.
  • Training and awareness policies for employees on how to avoid risks to the Data Subject and identify threats and malicious activities;.
  • Controls and privileges for access to personal data, so that each employee can only access the data strictly necessary for the performance of their duties;
  • Preventive control and monitoring of security incidents, including data leaks, carried out by our Information Security team and by automated security tools recognized by the market;
  • preparation and execution of an internal audit plan, which considers both risk and regulatory audits; and
  • establishing disciplinary measures in the event of a breach of data privacy as necessary, including termination.


Inteli works to protect your personal data and the data it has access to. Unauthorized entry or use of your account by third parties, failure of hardware or software not under Inteli's control and other factors can compromise the security of your personal data. For this reason, the actions of the data subject are fundamental to maintaining a safe environment for everyone. The data subject can help by adopting good security practices in relation to their data (such as not sharing passwords with third parties), and if the data subject identifies or becomes aware of something that compromises the security of their data, please contact Inteli through the Data Protection Officer, whose contact channels can be found in this policy.
