—Theory Becomes a Real-World Solution
Inteli’s curriculum is 100% project-based, from the first day of class to the last. Each quarter, you’ll develop a real-world solution for a major partner company. You’ll learn by doing, working as part of a team, and gaining hands-on experience in the real world.
Projects for real companies
Each quarter begins with a real-world challenge proposed by companies such as Google, IBM, BTG, and Uber. It could be a robot to deliver medications in hospitals, a financial fraud prevention system, or an environmental monitoring solution for agribusiness. By the end of the program, you’ll have 16 projects in your portfolio.
Top marks and global recognition
All five of Inteli’s undergraduate programs received the highest score in the MEC evaluation. Recognition has also come from abroad: the 2026 WURI Ranking named Inteli the most innovative institution in Latin America, alongside Harvard, MIT, Minerva, and École 42.
Entrepreneurship in Practice
At the Inteli Entrepreneurship Center, you have direct access to the funds behind some of Latin America’s most prominent startups: Monashees, One VC, Atlantico, Alexia Ventures, and Canastra Venture. If your goal is to become an entrepreneur, this is where it all begins.
International experience
Starting in your first year, you can participate in summer exchange programs at partner universities around the world. Beginning in your third year, the experience becomes more in-depth with regular exchange programs. There are more than 60 partnerships with institutions such as NYU (U.S.), Technion (Israel), the University of Coimbra (Portugal), and Zuyd (Netherlands).

The Development and Leadership Center supports your journey with one-on-one mentoring and career readiness training. This support ensures our employment rate remains above 90%.

Talent goes far beyond test scores. Inteli’s selection process uses a holistic evaluation. We look at your knowledge, your background, your skills, and your attitudes. We want to get to know the candidate as a whole.
The process takes place 100% online on our Adalove platform and lasts two to three months. The estimated total time commitment is approximately ten hours.

Learn from those who are in the thick of the market
All Inteli instructors have real-world experience and hold master’s or doctoral degrees. Meet some of them:
Egon F. Daxbacher
He holds a Ph.D. in Software Engineering and Programming Languages from UFPE and a master’s degree in Business Administration from PUC-Rio. An executive with a track record in technology and education companies, he coordinates Inteli’s Adm Tech program and teaches Innovation and Digital Transformation.
Michele Bazana
She holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on Industrial Automation and Robotics, and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Inatel. With over 20 years of academic experience, she coordinates the Computer Science and Computer Engineering programs, as well as the Electronics and Maker labs.
Renato Penha
He holds a Ph.D., a master’s degree, and has completed postdoctoral research in Business Administration, with specializations in Databases and IT Management. He has 25 years of experience in the technology sector, bridging market practice and academic training. At Inteli, he coordinates the Information Systems and Software Engineering programs.
Sergio Venâncio
He holds a Ph.D. and a master’s degree in Visual Arts from ECA-USP and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Unicamp. As a researcher and artist, he develops interactive projects and explores new digital languages. At Inteli, he coordinates the first-year classes and teaches Design and Computer Graphics.
Lisane Valdo
She holds a Ph.D. and a master’s degree in Business Administration from FEI, with a specialization in Business Management from FGV-SP, and a degree in Electrical Engineering. With experience in both the corporate and academic sectors, she teaches business courses and coordinates the 4th-year classes at Inteli.
